4컷찰칵 개인정보처리방침

이번 개정에서 1항 친구 초대에 아이폰 설치 확인(앱 1.4.8부터 — 클립보드 한 번 읽기, 초대 페이지 IP 해시 24시간 보관)을 추가했습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

4컷찰칵은 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 이름·연락처·위치·광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 사진은 외부 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

친구 초대(앱 1.4.2부터): 초대 코드를 만들고 같은 기기가 보상을 한 번만 받게 하려고 아래 정보만 운영사 서버로 보냅니다.

• 보내는 것: 기기 식별값(Android ID 또는 iOS 공급업체 식별자)을 되돌릴 수 없게 바꾼 값(SHA-256), 기기 종류(안드로이드·iOS), 앱을 처음 실행할 때 만든 무작위 값, 이 기능 전부터 앱을 쓰던 사용자인지 여부, 입력한 초대 코드. 원래 기기 식별값은 보내지도 저장하지도 않습니다.
• 서버에 남는 것: 기기 식별값을 되돌릴 수 없게 바꾼 값(원문은 저장하지 않습니다), 앱이 만든 무작위 설치 값(installId), 내 초대 코드, 초대 관계와 보상 지급 기록(언제·누구의 코드로·보상을 받았는지), 날짜. 요청을 처리하면서 접속 기록(IP 주소)이 남을 수 있습니다.
• 설치 경로(안드로이드): 초대 링크로 설치했는지 Google Play 가 알려 주는 값을 기기 안에서 읽어 초대 코드만 꺼냅니다.
• 설치 확인(아이폰, 앱 1.4.8부터): 초대 페이지에서 App Store 단추를 누르면 클립보드에 초대 코드를 넣어 둡니다. 앱은 처음 실행할 때, 초대를 받을 수 있는 기기에서만 클립보드를 한 번 읽어 초대 코드만 꺼내고 그 밖의 내용은 쓰지도 보내지도 않습니다. 또 초대 페이지를 아이폰에서 열면 초대 코드와 접속한 IP 주소를 되돌릴 수 없게 바꾼 값(SHA-256)을 서버에 남기고, 앱이 처음 실행할 때 같은 값끼리 짝을 지어 초대를 확인합니다. 원래 IP 주소는 저장하지 않고, 이 값은 24시간 뒤 지웁니다.
• 쓰는 곳: 친구 초대 보상의 중복을 막는 데에만 씁니다. 광고·추적에 쓰거나 제3자에게 주지 않습니다.
• 보관과 삭제: 서비스를 운영하는 동안 보관합니다. 지우고 싶으면 아래 문의 메일로 알려 주세요.

앱 사용 통계(앱 1.4.6부터): 앱을 다시 찾는 사람이 얼마나 되는지 알고 앱을 고치려고, 아래 행동이 있을 때 운영사 서버로 짧은 기록을 보냅니다. 사진·이름·연락처·기기 모델은 보내지 않습니다.

• 보내는 것: 기기를 알아볼 수 없게 바꾼 값(기기 식별값을 SHA-256 으로 바꾼 값 — 친구 초대와 같은 방식), 행동 종류(처음 실행·그날 처음 열기·촬영 완료·저장·공유), 날짜(한국 시간), 앱 버전, 기기 종류(안드로이드·iOS), 시험용 기기인지 여부.
• 서버에 남는 것: 위 값을 서버에서 한 번 더 되돌릴 수 없게 바꾼 값과, 날짜·행동별 횟수, 앱 버전, 기기 종류. 같은 날 같은 행동은 한 줄로 합쳐 횟수만 셉니다. IP 주소는 통계에 저장하지 않습니다(요청을 처리하면서 접속 기록에 남을 수는 있습니다).
• 쓰는 곳: 하루 사용 기기 수·재방문율 같은 전체 통계에만 씁니다. 광고·추적에 쓰거나 제3자에게 주지 않습니다.
• 보관 기간: 13개월. 지나면 자동으로 지웁니다. 더 빨리 지우고 싶으면 아래 문의 메일로 알려 주세요.

2. 카메라와 사진

• 카메라: 4컷 사진을 찍을 때만 사용합니다. 찍은 사진은 기기 안에서 프레임과 합성되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 사진 저장: 사용자가 저장 버튼을 누를 때만 완성된 사진을 기기의 사진첩(갤러리)에 저장합니다. 사용자가 사진첩에서 직접 고른 사진만 읽으며, 그 밖의 사진은 읽지 않습니다.
• 공유: 사용자가 공유 버튼을 누르면 기기의 공유 창이 열리고, 사용자가 고른 앱으로만 사진이 전달됩니다. 이후의 처리는 그 앱의 방침을 따릅니다.

앱을 삭제하면 앱 안에 남은 임시 파일도 함께 삭제됩니다. 사진첩에 저장한 사진은 사용자가 직접 관리합니다.

3. 광고·결제·제3자 서비스

앱에는 광고와 제3자 분석 도구가 없습니다.

앱에는 선택적으로 이용할 수 있는 앱 내 구매(평생 이용권 1종, 꾸미기 묶음 4종)가 있습니다. 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 가 처리하며, 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 앱과 운영사가 받지 않습니다. 앱은 스토어로부터 구매한 상품과 거래 확인 정보를 받아, 구매한 상품 목록을 이 기기 안에만 저장해 기능을 엽니다(운영사 서버로 보내지 않습니다). 구매 여부는 사용자의 스토어 계정으로 확인하며, 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치했을 때는 앱의 «구매 복원»으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.

웹사이트의 서비스 소개 첫 화면(요금 안내 포함)에서만 방문 분석과 광고 성과 측정을 위해 Meta Platforms, Inc. 의 픽셀(쿠키)을 사용할 수 있습니다.

• 전달 항목: 방문 여부, 요금 안내 버튼 클릭 여부, 브라우저·기기 정보, 쿠키 식별자
• 쓰지 않는 곳: 촬영 화면, 사진 내려받기 화면, 관리 화면에서는 쓰지 않으며, 사진·촬영 데이터는 전달하지 않습니다.
• 거부 방법: 브라우저에서 쿠키를 차단하거나 Meta 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.

4. 아동

4컷찰칵은 아동을 포함한 누구에게도 이름·연락처 같은 개인정보를 받지 않습니다. 친구 초대와 앱 사용 통계에 쓰는 정보는 1항과 같습니다.

4cut Chalkak Privacy Policy

This revision adds iPhone install confirmation (app 1.4.8 and later — one clipboard read, invite-page IP hash kept for 24 hours) to the friend invite part of section 1.

1. Data we collect

4cut Chalkak has no account or login and does not collect your name, contact, location or advertising ID. Photos are never uploaded.

Friend invites (app 1.4.2 and later): to create invite codes and make sure each device gets the reward only once, the app sends only the following to our server.

• Sent: a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the device identifier (Android ID or iOS identifier for vendor), the device type (Android or iOS), a random value created on first launch, whether you used the app before this feature, and any invite code you enter. The original device identifier is never sent or stored.
• Kept on the server: a one-way hash of the device identifier (the original is not stored), the random install value created by the app (installId), your invite code, invite relationships and reward records (when, whose code, whether the reward was received), and dates. Access logs (IP address) may be kept while requests are processed.
• Install source (Android): the app reads, on the device, the value Google Play provides about whether it was installed from an invite link, and takes only the invite code from it.
• Install confirmation (iPhone, app 1.4.8 and later): tapping the App Store button on the invite page puts the invite code on your clipboard. On first launch, and only on a device that can still receive an invite, the app reads the clipboard once and takes only the invite code; nothing else is used or sent. When the invite page is opened on an iPhone, the invite code and a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the connecting IP address are kept on our server so the app can match them on first launch. The original IP address is not stored, and the hash is deleted after 24 hours.
• Use: only to prevent duplicate friend-invite rewards. Never used for ads or tracking, and never shared with third parties.
• Retention and deletion: kept while the service runs. Email us below to have it deleted.

App usage statistics (app 1.4.6 and later): to learn how many people come back to the app and improve it, the app sends a short record to our server when the actions below happen. Photos, names, contact details and device model are never sent.

• Sent: a value that cannot identify your device (a SHA-256 hash of the device identifier, the same method as friend invites), the action (first launch, first open of the day, photo shoot finished, save, share), the date (Korea time), the app version, the device type (Android or iOS), and whether it is a test device.
• Kept on the server: the value above hashed once more on the server so it cannot be reversed, a count per date and action, the app version and the device type. The same action on the same day is merged into one row and only counted. IP addresses are not stored in these statistics (they may appear in access logs while requests are processed).
• Use: only for overall statistics such as daily active devices and return rates. Never used for ads or tracking, and never shared with third parties.
• Retention: 13 months, then deleted automatically. Email us below if you want it deleted sooner.

2. Camera and photos

• Camera: used only while you take your 4-cut photos. Photos are combined with frames on your device and never uploaded.
• Saving: the finished photo is saved to your photo library only when you tap Save. The app reads only the photos you choose yourself from your library, and no others.
• Sharing: tapping Share opens your device's share sheet; the photo goes only to the app you choose, under that app's policy.

3. Ads, payments and third parties

The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics.

The app offers optional in-app purchases (one lifetime pass and four decoration bundles). Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; your card number and other payment-method details are never received by the app or the operator. The app receives from the store the products you purchased and transaction confirmation, and keeps the list of purchased products only on your device to unlock features (it is not sent to our servers). Your purchases are tied to your store account, and you can recover them after reinstalling or changing devices with “Restore purchases” in the app.

On the website's service introduction front page (including pricing information) only, we may use the Meta Platforms, Inc. pixel (cookies) for visit analytics and ad measurement.

• Data sent: whether the page was visited, whether the pricing button was clicked, browser/device info, cookie identifiers.
• Not used on: the photo booth, photo download and admin screens; no photos or capture data are ever sent.
• Opt out: block cookies in your browser or turn off personalized ads in your Meta ad settings.

4. Children

4cut Chalkak does not ask anyone, including children, for personal data such as name or contact details. Friend invites and app usage statistics use only the data in section 1.
